CANCELLATION POLICY
General Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are successfully placed and being processed.
- Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, the process is automated and immediate, and therefore cancellation is not possible.
- If you placed a duplicate order by mistake, only the unprocessed one may be canceled (if requested promptly).
Exceptions
- Cancellations may be considered only if a service fails to start or experiences technical issues on our side.
- In such cases, you must contact support within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
